Specifications
Determination principle: Add a certain amount of sulfuric acid and excess potassium permanganate to the water sample to be tested, oxidize certain organic matter and inorganic reducing substances in the sample at high temperature, add excess sodium oxalate solution to reduce the remaining potassium permanganate, then use potassium permanganate to back-titrate the remaining sodium oxalate, and calculate the permanganate index in the water sample.
